What we collect
- Account data: email address, hashed password, domains, plan and payment status.
- Mail data: the messages stored in your mailboxes, plus headers and delivery logs needed to run the service.
- Payment data: the on-chain transaction ID, amount, and network. We do not collect bank or card details.
- Technical data: IP addresses and login times, for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, detect abuse, process payments, and contact you about your account. We do not read your mail except where needed to investigate abuse, resolve a support request you made, or comply with law. We do not sell your data or use mail content for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Amazon Web Services: hosting, and Amazon SES, which relays outbound mail.
- Payment processor: to confirm crypto payments.
- Authorities: when required by law.
Outbound messages pass through the recipient's mail servers, which we do not control.
Where data is stored
Primarily AWS us-east-1 (United States).
Retention
Account and mail data are kept while your account is active and deleted 30 days after termination. Logs are kept up to 90 days. Records of payments may be kept longer for accounting.
Your choices
You can export your mail over IMAP, change your password, and ask us to delete your account at support@mailssuite.com.
Security
Connections use TLS, passwords are hashed, and access is limited. No system is perfectly secure.

We will notify material changes by email.
